Low blood sugar..AGAIN
Hi there..I am not really sure if my problem is too many carbs, not enough carbs, or what...Hey, Julio tells me you are running a 5K race in the spring...Can I join? I usually
"run" at the gym, on the elliptical or the treadmill, and know that's different ffom "real-time" running....At the gym I can pace myself so well, because I can see how fast my heart rate is...So, bu pacing myself, I can basically run on ""forver""...until I run out of time that is....But in real lfe, without the visual heartrate, I am not as good...I have resolved to get serious about running, and seems like running a 5K with you in the spring would be a great motivator...So, Can I have more info??
