Friday's Food/Exercise Log
Julio must be busy looking in the mirror at his new bod? OK.. I am a brat.
So I will start the food log today.
EXERCISE ... done...
2 miles Leslie Sansone Walking/Resistance Band Tape, 30 mins
16 oz h20 with walk.
FOOD
B - 2 soft boiled eggs, 1/4 c oatmeal
S - 1/3 c cottage cheese, 1/4 banana
WATER
L - 2 oz chicken, 1 oz cheese, raw veggies, 1 tbls. southbeach dressing
WATER
S - Protein Shake with 6 oz soy milk
D - Not sure yet. Maybe soup.
S - Yogurt or warm milk.
Out of custard! eek!

Excersize not done. I did join a new gym yesterday. Planet something. dDd You hear me Kathy and Terri? So, officially I belong to two and the best one will win out. I will go to WOW this afternoon for cardio and wgts.

Towanda< How do you eat soft boiled eggs? I have only had one over toast when I was little. I think I might like to try them plain. Do you just scoop them out of the shell?

Went to gym yesterday so will just go for a little ride to nowhere on the excersize bike after supper tonight!. Hope everyone has a great weekend!

We have a WOW in Norwich too that has just opened up. Do you like that? I've been trying to find a new gym. The work out I get at Curves has been good but now I want more. I'm bored with it. I think I go more now for the people that I know there. Not a good reason to go huh?
Its hard to choose becasue in the area we have several gyms that all look good. I think what I'm goign to do is go into all of them and say I want a free trial membership for a week. As long as I stagger then then I could get a months worth of workouts for free and it will help me decide which is the best place for me! Not a bad idea!
Today the only excersize I get will be to walk around a bridal fair with my daugher who is getting married in october.
food wise
breakfast 1/2 cup cottage cheese with fresh strawberries & blueberrys, I'm carring a snack with me today of a banana and a protein bar.
right now I dont' feel like eating that much because of my cold. i'm doign more drinking of decaf teas the warm tea helps me feel better.
