D Chicken Parmagan with a small salad

1 mile Leslie Sansone Walking/Resistance Band Tape, 20 mins
8 oz H20 with walk.
FOOD
B - 2 soft boiled eggs, 1/4 c oatmeal
S - 1/2 c cottage cheese, 1/3 small banana
WATER
L - 4 oz chicken breast, raw veggies, 1 tbls southbeach dressing
WATER
S - Protein Shake with 6 oz soy milk
D - Not sure... shopping night, date night with the Mr.
S - not sure... egg custard? yum.
Off we go today!

B-Rice krispies and milk and 1/2 banana--Felt awful. Guess I still can't do cereal and milk

S-Out to dinner at Stash's. Its free Taco nite. But I probably won't have tacos.
Been too busy to snack and didn't have time(really) to go to gym.
Lots of water with crystal lite. Hope everyone is enjoying this spring weather. I actually saw dandilions blooming in Waterford today. Linnie
