Hi Everybody! Hope your week is going well, B Small piece of Lasana, (Just ate the filling, not the pasta ) S Small Orange L 4oz's Beef Stir Fry S Protien Shake after gym D Chicken Parmagan with a small salad My Mug of Decaf along with as much water I can get to keep Hydrated on these dry winter days! EXERCISE... done 1 mile Leslie Sansone Walking/Resistance Band Tape, 20 mins 8 oz H20 with walk. FOOD B - 2 soft boiled eggs, 1/4 c oatmeal S - 1/2 c cottage cheese, 1/3 small banana WATER L - 4 oz chicken breast, raw veggies, 1 tbls southbeach dressing WATER S - Protein Shake with 6 oz soy milk D - Not sure... shopping night, date night with the Mr. S - not sure... egg custard? yum. Off we go today! Can't get rid of this darned virus I have.. MUST! The baby is coming any day now! T.

Good Afternoon everyone!!! B-Rice krispies and milk and 1/2 banana--Felt awful. Guess I still can't do cereal and milk L-Recipe from Terri--ground turkey,ricotta cheese(skim) and spaghetti sauce S-Out to dinner at Stash's. Its free Taco nite. But I probably won't have tacos. Been too busy to snack and didn't have time(really) to go to gym. Lots of water with crystal lite. Hope everyone is enjoying this spring weather. I actually saw dandilions blooming in Waterford today. Linnie
