Hi Folks! "Hump" Day already! "Don't you just Love it!
B Egg white omlette with a little green onion.
S Small pear
L 3oz's grilled pork with a little sweet potato
S cheese stick
D Pepper steak with green beans and a small salad .
My Decaf and lots of green tea to keep me Hydrated. Went to gym yesterday and got a good workout in. Getting back to what I was doing before surgery. Feels good to get back on track . Everyone have a Wonderful Day!
Good Morning. Tis "Hump" day but I still wi**** were Friday.
B-mini bagel with peanut butter
S-cottage cheese with cinnamon and splenda
L-?salad with protein
S-pork roast with green beans and ? bite of mashed potatoes
S-low fat pudding
I decided to put in an evening snack since I am so hungry by 9 and the twizzlers and kisses call out my name about that time.
I will go to the gym and do 25 minutes of cardio(treadmill this week) and lower body wgts.
Enjoy this still warm weather. I'm thinking a year without snow would be a good thing. Enjoy, Linnie
