One of my resolutions for the New Year was to jump onto your food log wagon. You are so successful on your journeys, I thought this would just be an added tool in my tool chest Bkst 1/2 bottle of Isopure Lunch 2 ounces of turkey kielbasa dinner 2 ounces of chicken and a few broccolli tops snack 1/2 bottle of Isopure Since I am wide awake at 4 am, will be going to the gym before work to get my weight work out of the way and then heading back there tonight after work to get my "official cadio' done: will be taking the stairs at work and, if the weather is as warm as they predict at lunch, going for a walk as long as time allows. Thanks Julio! have a great day everyone!

B..1 egg over easy, 1/2 slice of bread,1 small nectarine S..banana, a handfull of southbeach cereal L..Chicken soup S..crackers,small nectarine D..potato and cheese pattie, green pepper drank lots of Herbal tea, a couple of coffees........Walked, and took a jog today.... Feeling pretty much back on track....still could have replaced the crackers with a high protein snack, because was soo hungry for dinner, couldnt wait for the chicken and had the pattie, which is a little low on protein...but overall feel in control over the food...so that's a start Love, Dorota

Dorota: You are a true power of example with how you truthfully talk about your struggles and your triumphs... the ebb and flow... Perhaps a few almonds or 1 oz cheese with the nectarine would be helpful next time? Or a protein shake? I do them in the late afternoon and that helps curb my evening hunger when I get home. Have you tried the Tabatchnick soups yet? Oh and yes, the custard I made really is filling and bit of protein to boot. T.
