I wanted to address your concerns over soup and sodium. Have you tried TABATCHNICK soups? They are in the kosher frozen section. MAJOR YUM! and much lower in sodium than other soups. As well, all natural ingredients. And low in calories. I add a few TJ's meatless meatballs and some added veggies and I am good to go with more of a stew. Check them out. http://www.tabatchnick.com/ T.

I have seen them in the freezer section.....will give them a try..thanks for the idea T.. I do like the convenienve of pre-made soups, but the sodium is a killer...likewise with frozen meals...and, to me honest, homemade cooking is probably not much better, although i do try to add lots of other herbs and spices, so i have been cutting down on the salt there too.... Oh well...will try those soups, know exact;y which ones you mean....not pricey if I remember correctly
