Thursday's Food Log
Morning Everyone! Week is just "Flying By"! Yayyyyyyy!
B 2 poached eggs
S small orange
L $ oz's Chicken Stew ( Snatched away the last of it as it was quite a hit at home)
S Protien Shake
D Braised Pork Chops. With some Sweet potaoto and a small salad.
Lots of Decaf coffee and Water to keep hydrated ,. Will get a good walk in today at the minimum. Hope everyone had a great day!
EXERCISE
1 mile, Leslie Sansone Walking/Resistance Band Tape, 20 mins
WATER with walk.
FOOD
B - 2 soft boiled eggs, 1/4 c oatmeal
WATER
S - 4 oz yogurt
L - 2 oz talapia, 2 oz lean beef, some raw veggies, 1 tlbs southbeach dressing
WATER
S - Protein Shake with 6 oz soy milk
D - 3 oz talapia, 1/4 c brown rice, 1/4 c grapes
SYNTHROID, Multi, etc.

Forgive me mother hen, for I have been bad. It has been a week since my last food log confession.
I have had some cookies, grant you it isn't like pre-op where I could eat a whole bag or try myself. But a couple here... couple there. A few slivers of pie, etc.
This is my confession...

I promise... no more holiday eating. I will get back on track.

Walked LOTS,
did some weightbearing exersizes (gotta buid up those biceps).....
still a little too much carbs, but overall, not too much food, less stuff that's completely bad for me, and so i keep plugging on.
Once again, a little better than yesterday, tomorrow WILL be better still....
(kinda living in the "gray" this week)
