Wednesday's Food Log
Morning Everyone! WOW! Hump, day already! Gotta Love it!
B 1/2 slice of ham with egg white omlette
S cheese stick
L 4oz's chicken stew I made yesterday
S protien shake after gym
D Pork chop with a small green salad
Lots of decaf and water to keep me hydrated. Ray is of so will take him to the gym with me to get back into our "groove" Everyone have a wonderful Day!
EXERCISE done
1 mile Leslie Sansone Walking/ Resistance band Tape, 20mins
8 oz h20 while exercising
FOOD
B - 2 soft boiled eggs, 1/4 c oatmeal
Lots of hot liquid... hard to kick this bug I have.
L - 2 oz lean beef, soup
WATER
S - Protein Shake with 6 oz soy milk
D - not sure just yet
S - not sut just yet
MORE WATER.
SYNTHROID, MULTI, ANTIOXIDANT

Hey everyone!
Trying to get back into the groove before too many "bad" days get under my belt, so to speak.
B - iced coffee (splenda only), vitamins, protein drink
S - grape tomatoes
L - ham and veggies
S - popcorn
D - turkey and salad
I brought the rest of my holiday goodies to work so I wouldn't be so tempted at home. Made homemade whoopie pies and couldn't stay away from them myself so I tossed some and brought the rest to work. I tell ya, this ain't brain surgery! ;)
All in all, I did pretty well with food and hit the gym this morning (5:00 a.m.). I feel good.....

ok....we're all about honesty here right ????
Breakfast ~ I tried to have a boston cream donut. TRIED being the operative word. I couldnt eat it! (and I should have know) YES!
I had a handful of dry corn chex cereal
Lunch ~ inside of a burrito
Snack ~ chocolate chip cookie (see, i cant bake anymore, I'll eat it all myself. My homemade cookies are the *******l soft on the inside mmmmm) ok, ok, back to the food log.
Dinner ~ not sure yet, cooking on the grill, so maybe a turkey hot dog for me.
My promise to myself is to try for a better day tomorrow.
I have been trying some meat products to double up on my protein per the dr and nut.
hmmmm...still dont wanna talk about it!!!!!
Did better today than yesterday, at least that counts for something......
Those chocolates people brought into work proved too much of a temptation though.
I hate the pull that crap has on me.....been bad with my calcium and vitamins, will get better....starting tonight........have been taking my iron though, so that's a good thing for me ....
Walked a lot today, to get back into the swing of things,,,had really cut down on my walking since I had that bad cough, having been quite "myself" for a few weeks...
So, gonna take my vitamins tonight, and will start a new day tomorrow...better than today (which WAS better than yesterday...barely)
