Hoping to get a good workout in this morning. Taking an extra day off to "Decompress" from the holiday weekend. Hope evryone has a great day!
oh....the day I'm having........
Did you ever just think.....why did I get out of bed this morning??? Today was that day for me.
I am soooo tired....I had to work today.....my 2 kids wanted to stay home to play with all the new stuff.....and i had to drag them both out of the house.....and my BF child that came to visit FOR 3 WEEKS is the devils child. my BF is so sweet, respectful, easygoing etc.....i dont know how THIS is HIS child.
ok, so lets talk about food......and emotional eating.......
for breakfast, i had a handful of dry corn chex....them for snack, I had a chocolate chip cookie....and for lunch I had some spinach dip.....at this rate.....for dinner I'll eat a 5 lb box of chocolates!
fhew! thanks for letting me vent.
i actually did very good the past week. even without the gym, I am down like another pound. but after today I feel like I;ll be up 2 tmrrw.

Seriously, Christmas did not go too well, food wise, and today I continued on the "not so good" road.....
Basically, too much salt, not enough protein...
Retaining water so bad, it's not funny......
MUST DO BETTER TOMORROW!!!!!!!!
No salty foods!!!!!!!!!
No pretzels!!!!!!!!
No soup for lunch!!!!!!!!(too salty, not enough protein!!!)

EXERCISE
2x today. AM Leslie Sansone Walking/Resistance Band tape, 20 mins, 1 mile.

Needed the tension reliever and want to start kicking exercise up a notch for the coming year.
FOOD
B - 2 soft boiled eggs, 1/4 c oatmeal
Lots of hot liquid... still feeling sick
L - 2 oz lean beef, raw veggies
WATER
S - Protein Shake with 6 oz soy milk
D - soup with added protein to it.
S - 4 oz lowfat/low sugar yogurt
MORE WATER.
SYNTHROID, MULTI, ANTIOXIDANT
BEEN very bad at taking my calcium.
need to remember this. Reminders welcomed.
Off to eat and rest for the evening.
