Morning Everyone! Its "Hump" day! Yayyyyyyyyyyyy!
B 1/2 whole grain bagel with slice of LF cheese
S Small Orange
L 4oz's Veggy Meatloaf
S Protien shake
D Baked Chicken with small salad
Decaf and Lots of water. Remember its dry out there during the winter so keep hydrated and Moisturizing is a must to kep skin from drying out!. Went to gym yesterday so will go on a ride to nowhere on the excersize bike tonight. Take care all,

I have not been on here in sooooo long... hope some of you still remember me... I'm doing great 11 months post op and I hit goal about 2 months ago, and getting ready for plastics in feb!!! How is everyone???
B- protein shake
L- Tunaw/ hot sauce
D- not sure maybe egg whites with cheese
worked out for 1 hour already today...
