Hi Brenda! Thanks for picking up the Food Log! Was running late this morning!
B 2 egg whites on slice of whole wheat toast
S cheese stick
L 1/2 steak and cheese sub on whole wheat bread
S Isopure Protien drink after Gym
D Turkey kielbasa and kraut with some green beans
My Mug of Decaf and Lots of water. Went to gym and had at it again.Taking it slow till I get back on my game again! Hope everyone had a great day!
