Morning Everyone! WE MADEE IT!!!!!!!! YAYYYY! B 1/2 whole Grain Bagel with cream cheese S Cheese Stick L 4oz's pork stir fry S protien Shake D Cooks nite off! Will see what shows up! Decaf and Greentea today. Stil walking. Docsays no gym for a few more weeks! Everyone havea great weekend!

B~ 1/2 Bagel with olives and Cream S~ tangerine L~ Grilled chicken S~turkey roll up (if needed) Cookies and crap in this office are calling my name... Must get ear plugs.
