BUFF BABES
Hi Everyone,
Last month, at Healthtrax, for my Women's Group Challenge, our team name was the Dynamic Divas. We came in second losing by only 2 points, I worked very hard and was able to lose 3 lbs. That was quite an accomplishment for me as I have not lost any weight in over a year! This month our challenge name is the Buff Babes! ( Not even close!!) I took part in the boot camp competion last night and I was able to do 50 bicep curls with a 30 lb weight! I also did 40 Chest lifts with a 40 lb weight! I was pretty proud of myself although it is hard competing against 20 year olds! Saturday I will be competing in a 3 hour cardio class which will be 1 hour of HI-Low aerobics, 1 hour of spinning, and then 1 hour of versa training ( usually this is step aerobics or kickboxing and weights) . I am really enjoying the challenge and it is so much easier to stay on track for the holidays. I will keep you all posted on my progress.

Hi Sher,
I guess my secret to keeping motivated is FEAR! I am terrified of gaining any weight back so I am doing what I can to prevent that. It seems as though once I started going to the gym 2 1/2 years ago, it has become a part of my social life. I have met some great people to work out with, and I love the feeling I get after a good workout!
