Morning everyone!, "Hump" Day! Yayyyyyyyyyyy! We can all start paying attention now! B 1/2 whole grain bagel with cream cheese S Cheese stick L 4oz's Chili with beans S Protien shake D Turkey Hot Dog nite., on whole grain bun with a small salad I'm a bit worn out at the end of the day, Haven't been making it to the gym as often as I like. Guess its just me getting back into my "Rythim" again. Will give it a go again today! Lots of Decaf and Hot Tea to get me thru the day. Take Care Everyone!

morning all, b - going out for holiday bfast.... scrambled egg, bacon l - mcD's snack size fruit & walnut salad d- either steak or chicken with stir fry veggies on side water and coffee. should try to squeeze in a walk today... not exercising at all lately. have a great day terri

Good Morning Julio and Everybody, will be busy today... will go visit our son s Magnet high school tour tonight for seeing school for our son to go there next Fall. B - instant oatmeal lower surgar S cheese stick and waterload L egg salad on whole grain bread S waterload D chef salad while kids and hubby have mcdonalds S waterload No exercise since I exercise twice last night. Need break today from no exercise. Don t forget to take your vitinams and make your time for exercise too Kathy

Good morning all! B~ cream of wheat L~chili D~Not sure yet...maybe have hubby take us out. Trying not to snack today. Lots of water water water I will do stairs at work today because I am still nursing my groin. I have soccer tomorrow and hoping I will get some play time in rather than sit on the sideline and watch my team have fun with out me. Hugs, Chrissy

Hello, Hello B ~ Special K cereal with 1/2 banana S ~ 0 sugar - 0 cal - iced tea (having trouble drinking all my water, so this helps a bit) L ~ tuna out of a bowl (no bread) D ~ maybe left over baked chicken from last night I am actually doing very well. Staying very full and not really snacking at all. Have a fab day ! Bree
