Morning everyone!, "Hump" Day! Yayyyyyyyyyyy! We can all start paying attention now!
B 1/2 whole grain bagel with cream cheese
S Cheese stick
L 4oz's Chili with beans
S Protien shake
D Turkey Hot Dog nite., on whole grain bun with a small salad
I'm a bit worn out at the end of the day, Haven't been making it to the gym as often as I like. Guess its just me getting back into my "Rythim" again. Will give it a go again today! Lots of Decaf and Hot Tea to get me thru the day. Take Care Everyone!

will be busy today... will go visit our son s Magnet high school tour tonight for seeing school for our son to go there next Fall.

No exercise since I exercise twice last night. Need break today from no exercise.

I will do stairs at work today because I am still nursing my groin. I have soccer tomorrow and hoping I will get some play time in rather than sit on the sideline and watch my team have fun with out me.

B ~ Special K cereal with 1/2 banana
S ~ 0 sugar - 0 cal - iced tea (having trouble drinking all my water, so this helps a bit)
L ~ tuna out of a bowl (no bread)
D ~ maybe left over baked chicken from last night
I am actually doing very well. Staying very full and not really snacking at all.
