Morning Everyone! Hope everyone had a great day yesterday!
B 4oz's egg subsitute omlette
S Cheese stick
L 4oz's chili with beans
S protien shake after gym
D stuffed peppers
My usual mega mug ofdecaf followed by lots of water. Will go to gym after work to start working myself back to where I was before surgery. Hope everyone has a great day!

I feel icky... I had munchkins for breakfast...What was I thinking!?!

Lots of water. Will do the stairs today at work. I have to be careful of my groin muscle as I keep pulling it on Thursdays at soccer. Anyone know how I can fix that?
