Good Morning Everybody, Julio is busy because today is his first day to go back to work since his recovery from his surgery. Hope you had a great day at work Julio! I hate MONDAY! Anyway Hope all of you had a great weekend! I had great weekend here. B- Lower sugar instant oatmeal S waterload and mozz cheese stick L cold shrimps with dip sauces S waterload D turkey meatloaf with green beans and maybe small salad S simple smart milk and waterload No snack after dinner for me. Will exerecise 40 min for cardio and weight lift for uppper body at gym during lunch Dont take to take vitinams and make plan to do exercise today Kathy K

good morning CT! we had a great weekend too kathy...spent time with lots of friends and even managed to get to the niantic light parade last night. awesome. b - mozz cheese, 1/2 whole wheat bagle l - going to holiday lunch w/old work friends.. hopefully ruby tuesday for crab cake and salad bar d - turkey meatballs and tomato sauce staying away from snacks will have coffee and lots of water have a great 1st day back at work Julio! terri

Kathy K! EXERCISE ... done 1 mile Leslie Sansone Walking/Resistance Band tape, 20 mins FOOD B - 2 soft boiled eggs, 1/4 c oatmeal S - Protein shake WATER WATER WATER L - 2 oz fresh tuna, raw veggies, 1 tbls southbeach dressing WATER WATER WATER S - 1/2 c cottage cheese on the road for 6pm doc appt D - soup with added tofu (tofu? hmmm... will I like it?) S - 1 cup warm milk... ah perhaps to dream... vitamins! Yes! THANKS Kathy K! Tootles kids! T.

No exersize today....just got over a nasty cough/cold that lasted 2 weeks and am giving my body a little break....well, maybe a 15 minute walk if it's not too cold...or maybe 2 walks....ARGH>>>must control compulsion to walk!!!! B..1/2 sprouted wheat panini made with lowfat cheese Coffee Coffee L..chicken gumbo soup.... S..banana? D..one chicken drumstick, baked...and some veggies S..maybe a rasberry, protein smootie I make in my magic bullet. Am bringing a new tea cup to work so I can make lots of hot tea..and will bring a lemon to add to my tea for the extra vitamin C... Been running out of steam by early afternood, so hoping to just have enough energy to get through a busy day at work...

Morning Kathy! Thanks for putting up the Food Log. Got up a little late and was rushing out this morning! B 1/2 cup "Cream of Wheat" S Protien Bar L Mcdonalds snack wrap S Protien Shake after a long walk D Sausage and peppers, yummm! Had my mug of drcaf this morning and will do water the rest of the day. Off to see Plastic Surgeon, Feeling Great! Everyone have a great day!

Okay so it is Monday afternoon! Thought I would post anyway - B - Oatmeal with skim milk and walnuts S - decaf iced coffee L - salad with beans S - Protein Drink D - not sure - probably fish Don't know if I will have another snack - no exercise - have to let my eye heal from surgery - no lifting and no bending no nothing!
