Morning Everyone! Bundle up today! It will be a very cold one! B Protien Shake S 1/2 a Banana L Tomato soup D Cooks night off,will see what the Mrs. brings home. Will sneak away to the gym for a little light excersize. Nice to go back and feel the muscles "Burn" a little. Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!

EXERCISE.. Done! 1 mile Leslie Sansone Walking/Resistance Band Tape, 20 mins. FOOD B - 2 soft boiled eggs, 1/4 c protein oatmeal S - Protein shake with 8 oz soymilk WATER WATER WATER L - TJ's meatless meatballs in tortilla wrap with leaves of spinach, raw veggies WATER WATER WATER S - 6 oz Dannon Lite N Fit Yogurt D - Not sure... Picking up my grandson Antonio to take a ride to look at Christmas lights tonight! Will make it healthy whatever it is. Stay warm! Have a great weekend everyone. T.

Morning! TGIF! My goodness is it could out there! B~bagel L~Chili D~not sure yet. No exercise for me tonight... had soccer last night and pulled another muscle. I don't know what is wrong with me... I stretched before I started. Hugs to all! Chrissy
