Morning Folks! Here we go again! B 1/2 whole grain bagel with cream dheese S 1/2 a banana L Protien shake after my walk D Fish and Chip nite. Small green salad. Decaf and lots ofwater , Feeling pretty good, looking forward to heading back to work next week. Hope evryone has a great day!

Hey J-man... thanks for keeping this food log going right now... even through the slow times... It's always here. No matter what. I do appreciate it being here for me to help stay accountable. It is my reminder. EXERCISE... DONE... Leslie Sansone Walking Tape. FOOD B - 2 Soft boiled eggs, 1/4 c. protein oatmeal S - Protein Shake with soy milk WATER WATER WATER L - Tuna wrap... tuna with lowfat mayo in Josephs tortilla wrap (lowcal-multigrain) with raw veggies. WATER WATER WATER S - Another Protein Shake... feel the need lately D - not sure yet... grocery shopping tonight. Sans the Mr. (boohoo). We need to find a new date night! Everyone have a great day.
