Hey J-man... thanks for keeping this food log going right now... even through the slow times... It's always here. No matter what. I do appreciate it being here for me to help stay accountable. It is my reminder.

S - Protein Shake with soy milk

L - Tuna wrap... tuna with lowfat mayo in Josephs tortilla wrap (lowcal-multigrain) with raw veggies.

S - Another Protein Shake... feel the need lately
D - not sure yet... grocery shopping tonight.
Sans the Mr. (boohoo). We need to find a new date night!
