Morning everyone! "Hump Day" YAYYYYY!
B 3oz's Honey bunches of oats with 1/2 cup skim milk
S 1/2 a banana
L 2 meatballs in sauce
S Protien shake after gym. ( Just a little cardio and a little light weight toning )
D Beef Stir fry
Decaf Green tea and lots of water to get me thru the day. Take care everyone!

Going to see the surgeon today and feeling so much better. I am walking almost straight already and able to move around. I started getting away from the pain meds since I was taking them every 4 hours without missing a dose. So yesterday during the day only took them in the morning and at night before going to bed....
Starting weigh****chers today since I have not been eating as I should, skipping meals.
I get to leave my house today....
Will post when I get back home this afternoon about my results...
