Morning Folks, A tad nippy out there, Bundle up this morning! B Small bowl of "Cream of Wheat" S 1/2 a banana L Protien Shake D Turkey Keilbasa with a small salad Green Tea and water, water, water. Will get a good walk in today. Hope everyone had a good day!

Hello Everybody, It is Winter here! BRRRRR I am so FREEEZZZEEEEEE!!!!!! Try to smell spring time but not ready : "( will be very busy today. Orange juice (LS) before getting ready to go work B lower sugar oatmeal S waterload L roll over ham and cheese with some mustard and some orange S waterload D turkey burger with cheese top with small salad S waterload will go gym for 30 min for weight lift Stay warm!!!! EXERCISE... Done 1 mile Leslie Sansone Walking/Resistance Band Tape, 20 mns water with walk. FOOD A myriad of good food. support group tonight... bringing bag'o good food on the road. off to the races today. Will report back in later with details. Gotta run! T.

Hi all, I got a minute so I thought I would try this again - protein going down a little better but has a stomach virus - i catch everything! b - oatmeal w/walnuts S - protein drink L - cheese and turkey S - ? D - chili with ground turkey breasts and beans S - protein drink Hope everyone is having a good day.
