Hello Everybody,
It is Winter here! BRRRRR I am so FREEEZZZEEEEEE!!!!!! Try to smell spring time but not ready : "(
will be very busy today.
Orange juice (LS) before getting ready to go work
B lower sugar oatmeal
S waterload
L roll over ham and cheese with some mustard and some orange
S waterload
D turkey burger with cheese top with small salad
S waterload
will go gym for 30 min for weight lift

I got a minute so I thought I would try this again - protein going down a little better but has a stomach virus - i catch everything!
b - oatmeal w/walnuts
S - protein drink
L - cheese and turkey
S - ?
D - chili with ground turkey breasts and beans
S - protein drink
