Morning Everyone! Hope you all had a great weekend!
B 2 poached eggs
S half a banana
L 3oz's baked chicken with sweet potato
S protien shake after walk
D 2 meatballs in sauce
My Decaf and lots of fluids to keep me hydrated. Will walk for excersize. Still have to be careful. Hope eveyone has a great day!~
EXERCISE Done...
1 mile Leslie Sansone Walking/Resistance Band tape, 20 mins.
16 oz H20 while walking.
FOOD
B - 2 poached eggs, 1/4 c protein oatmeal
S - PROTEIN SHAKE with soy milk
WATER WATER WATER
L - 3 oz's Talapia with raw veggies, 1 tbls Southbeach Dressing
WATER WATER WATER
S - PROTEIN SHAKE with soy milk
D - Soup with added protein to make a stew, 1/2 c cottage cheese
