I concur with Julio, good Lord girl... give yourself a break. I think walking is the best thing you can do for yourself right now. And that doesn't mean over doing it! You need to heal. I agree that moving is good right now.. but don't think that you are going to break out into full work out sessions. easy and steady does it. Walk walk walk when you can and listen to your body. Stop if anything hurts.
