hi, today is my 2nd day in still felling pretty good the 15min sip,sip is hard to remember just worried about all the extra fat that will be hanging there exercise is going to be hard for meany ideas would heip thanks deb

Young Lady Relax! You just need to take it easy and heal up! There wil be plenty of time to deal with different little bumps in the road. Right now concentrate on just getting into your new way of eating. Be Well,

I concur with Julio, good Lord girl... give yourself a break. I think walking is the best thing you can do for yourself right now. And that doesn't mean over doing it! You need to heal. I agree that moving is good right now.. but don't think that you are going to break out into full work out sessions. easy and steady does it. Walk walk walk when you can and listen to your body. Stop if anything hurts. Congrats on your new life, Chrissy
