Lots of fluids, finally beat back a cold that ws tring to grab hold of me! bundle up everyone and dive into your vitamins and fluids at the first feeling of a scratchy throat!! "Cold season" is upon us and it will take no prisoners! Have a Great day!

L- Egg salad on a quarter of low carb whole wheat pita w/ a few sugar free gerkins pickles. 4 gerber baby animal crackers. (don't laugh they're pretty good!!
D - ?? The boys are having KFC tonight since I have a hair appointment.
Lots of water today. Still don't have the all clear to work out again & I'm really feeling it. Will attempt to take a walk at lunch. Have alot of stuff going on at work so I've been running on full steam ahead. Getting ready to go to Pheonix AZ this weekend for a week of "school" for my company. At least it'll be warm!

PS...Julio...how are the drains doing? Are they coming out today? I felt like a million bucks once those puppies were taken out!....Still VERY swollen in my lower section.

will do 30 min cardio at gym today and take both dogs for a walk tonight after work
