Tuesday's Food Log
Ok well this is the first time I am posting this but here goes.
So far for B- I had one slice of toast (wheat cracked bread) 1st time having bread since surgery and so far so good.
L- Swordfish, cauliflower and waxed green beans.
Snack maybe later this afternoon I have cottage cheese but after lunch I will most likely be full all day long..
So what are some really GOOD protein things for supper?
I bought swordfish, pork loin, hamburg and also got pepperoni for snacks.. I am TRYING so hard to get on track.. I even went to the gym yesterday..
YAH ME!!!! LOL
