Morning Everyone! Well, lets have at it again today! B 2 poached eggs S water L Protien shake S small apple D Turkey Kielbasa Stew. Over did it a little yesterday so will lay low today. Counting the days to get these damm drains removed from me! Hope everybody has a great day!

Perhaps we need to start a mystery thingy (riddles, questions... hmmm) with our J-man to keep him occupied so not to over do it. hmmm... will get the old noggin working today to see what I can come up with! Watch out J-man... trouble a coming. Any suggestions? T.

Ok well this is the first time I am posting this but here goes. So far for B- I had one slice of toast (wheat cracked bread) 1st time having bread since surgery and so far so good. L- Swordfish, cauliflower and waxed green beans. Snack maybe later this afternoon I have cottage cheese but after lunch I will most likely be full all day long.. So what are some really GOOD protein things for supper? I bought swordfish, pork loin, hamburg and also got pepperoni for snacks.. I am TRYING so hard to get on track.. I even went to the gym yesterday.. YAH ME!!!! LOL
