OMG A year today

I can not even believe it has been a year already. I have a lot to show for my year. I have lost 104 lbs. My BMI went from 45.8 (Extremely Obese) to 27.8 (Moderately overweight) I have well hit Dr. A's goal for me and exceeded it. I feel amazing!
