I don't know about you, but this weekend has been pretty tough on me, foodwise...i did not do too bad for thanksgiving, but having all those leftovers around the house has been just too much of a temptation. So, I indulged a little bit too much....Not too bad either, but enough that I want to get back on track....
So join me!!
Let's take that extra walk after lunch, or in the evening, when we would rather watch TV...
Let's all be mindful of what we eat, keep up the protein and fluids....
Take all your vitamins....
WALK WALK WALK.....
Take the stairs today instead of the elevator, park the car farther away from the door,
Be healthy.....stay active.....
Remember, historically this time of year is always a tough one, with all the holiday treats...JUST SAY NO!!!!

yes, you are so right.
Back to the gym for me today and being more mindful of what I eat.
I didn't eat bad but a few peanuts here a grahm cracker there. It will add up.
and we did the surgery to change our bad habits so thanks for the challenge. I accecpt!!!!

Good...welcome on board...will check in with you from time to time to see how you are doing...I did ok today....but the best laid plans of mice and men....I had brought a fat-free yogurt for an afternoon snack, as I need to eat every 3 hours or so due to my hypoglycemia...I inadvertendly left the yogurt out on the lunch table and it got thrown out....so ...around 4 pm i was so hungry, no yogurt...had pretzels......not a good choice for me!!!
but not horrible either....other than that i did pretty well...will make sure to drink some decaf tea before bed, and still need to take my b12...walked 45 minutes today, took the stairs about 7 or 8 times.....to the 3rd floor....I have made up my mind to just totally ignore the fact that we have an elevator at work.....
will go on treadmill fo a little bit tonight........
Hi Dorota! Actually I have been doing ok in the food department , its the bloody excersize department that drives me a tad insane. Next to having these bloody drains sticking out of me I am really missing the gym. Getting a bit of walking in everyday as well, but it doesn't seem to quench the urge. Have always considered myself a "Patient Man" but am being tested for sure. Oh well, jUst needed to vent. Know you will get it all together and contimue you forward. Have a great day!
