Hi - So I've been very busy with my profile - I was getting a little bummed about the pace of my loss - I know it's the choices I've made that have been slowing me down - but I did a little comparison animation photo and when I look at it - I get very proud of my accomplishment so far. I still have a long way to go - but I'm not going back to where I've been!! I see a difference and I feel a difference - I'm not at the Dorita point of life where I'm running up stairs and dragging others along - or where Julio, Towanda and Kathy are with their incredible dedication to exercise - but hopefully with their inspiration along with all you 'guys' on this board I'll be there one day. Thank you "neighbors" for the inspiration, encouragement and support you give - I love hearing about flat stomachs and endless energy. Thank you for sharing and giving glimpses into your day to day life. I hope to be an inspiration one day. Until then - for the rest of the pack - who aren't the "leaders" in the battle - I will continue to share what the average (or below average in some cases) warrior goes through from day to day. I do not make the best food choices, I skip exercise way too often for my own good. I lose sight of my journey sometimes - but I'm on the path - I'm just taking a lot of detours - who knows why - if I ever figure it out, I'll be sure to share that lesson as well. We all have our own uique paths to walk - I hope to get on that highway soon because these back roads are bumpy and really getting on my nerves Hope you all have a great day and a great week - Maybe I'll come back a millionaire - but most likely I'll just come back with a story to tell - or maybe not because they say what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas Tammy

Well. It sure is an amazing journey...and I have taken my own detours along the way...This whole past week, with Thanksgiving and all the food...it's not been easy...I had a serious "talk" with myself and decided to get back on track as of today...As of 3 pm I have failed miserably as far as getting back on track today.... And I am so tired....So I am just trying to hang in there......and make better choices. I checked out your picture trail, and you look fantastic. If you are feeling discouraged about the pace of your weightloss, just remember that old saying:: Slow and steady wins the race. Other then that, we are all just part of the same pack.....and the only one we are racing is the person in the mirror. As far as I am concerned, the most important tool in this journey is having a positive "I can do" attitude,,,,And you seem to have plenty of that.... Good Luck Have fun in Vegas Dorota

Hey Tammy! We are all in this together. It is not a race because we are all winners! So you just take your time and do it at your own pace! We will always be there to cheer you on and help you thru the rough spots! Your Doing Wondeful! Keep it up!

Hello Hon, You know all about me per our emails back and forth.. BUT I can honestly tell you I went grocery shopping last night and spent $250.00 on GOOD food.. Veggies, meats etc.. I also GET THIS.. Went to the Gym,... Granted I only walked for about 40 minutes on the treadmill BUT I went and that is a start right. Where do you live again? We should hook up and walk and DRAG EACH OTHER TO DO IT LOL Talk to you soon hon.. P.S. I am on the SAME damn bumpy road. ALSO I WISH someone would tell me how to put new pics on my profile I am SICK of the ones that I have on there. Lisa
