Update on Cyndee Griffin

Hello everyone, I just wanted to update everyone on Cyndee's condition. She is in Danbury Hospital Room 11 West. They told her its an obstruction of her bowel. Her surgeon Dr. Choi will be performing a laporscopic surgery procedure in the next couple of days. I spoke to her today on the phone and she sounded so very tired and just plain disgusted. She is very down in the dumps from all of this and could use all our love and support during this tough time. She asked to me to let you all know her condition and to also say thank you to all of you who posted good wishes for her. I will be keeping in touch with her to get updates on how she is doing and I will let everyone know. I know how concerned everyone is, that is why this is such a great support board, you are all wonderful when someone needs the caring and support. Thanks to all of you. Please tell her we are spreading our angel wings and sending her healing energy. Even though we are not sitting by her side... we are there. Only wish this hospital had an email service. T.

I will be heading out of town on Monday so won't be able to keep up with the updates - but please let Cyndee know my prayers and thoughts are with her.... Do you know how something like this happens? Poor Cyndee she has been doing so well - I'm so sorry to hear that she is down in the dumps, she's such an upbeat and positive person. Thanks for keeping us up to date and for sending our messages along to her Kim.

Oh I feel for her! I jsut got out of Danbury on Wednesday morning and I am not sure if it was the holidays or what but they were super busy. So those of you that pray- maybe pray that she gets good, *attentive* care, that is my prayer and wish for her, and that she gets better really soon!!!! Sheila

My dear friend Kim - Thank you so much for keeping us aprised of Cyndee's condition. A bowel obstruction is certainly painful and I am keeping Cyndee in my thoughts. Please let her know that her OH family is thinking of her and sending along our well wishes! We are awaiting the return of her bright smile to the boards.
