Where do you get Isopure shakes?
Hi Sheila,
There's two different kinds of Iospure...Shakes that are vanilla, chocolate, etc...the kind you mix (they have fruit flavors, too) and then they have pre-made bottles of the fruit flavors like kool aid.
GNC usually has them. You can just buy one bottle and try it. I liked the grape.
They are a bit pricey, but one bottle is two separate servings, so, you actually get in two doses of protein...or can sip it all day and get in a lot of protein.
Do you use unflavored protein powder to put into broths, pudding, etc? Unflavored Unjury is the best. www.unjury.com It mixes well and has just a tiny taste to it. It packs 20gms of protein per scoop and it saved my life early out. I put it in everything and was then able to get in my daily protein requirements easily in the early stages...Even now, when I feel like I need a protein boost, I'll make some bouillion broth and add a scoop and have a nice comforting protein snack.
You can buy the Isopure in the bottles online, also. Do a shopping.yahoo.com search for isopure search to find the cheapest...bu****ch out for the cost of shipping...they can get you there, sometimes.

Sheila:
Both my husband and I use Isopure powder products.
He, too, loves the clear liquid bottled Isopure. (I do not!)
IF and when you decide you like Isopure and want to buy it at a good discount, here is a link to the site we buy our Isopure from. We get the 8.8 lb jugs!
