Profect Protien ????

Has anyone tried this? Is it palatabe? Or is it overly sweet? From the looks of it, it might be a good way to get some protien in easily, but I do not want to spend the money if it is gross. Sheila

I have not tried the profect but I have tried the New Whey liquid protein and I love it! I highly recommend it. Are fruity but not too sweet in my opinion...and for comparison sake I now find Crystal light to be too sweet and have to dilute it. Hope this helps!

Hi, I'm not sure about it, I've never tried it, but I have read that it is made with a collagen protein and collagen protein isn't always absorbed totally into the body and we may not get it's total protein effects from it. Whey isolate is one of the best ways to get protein in. Check out those. The Isopure Drinks (premade in bottles) are good to try. A bit pricey, but give you a lot of protein. Remember, the body can only process about 20-30gms of protein at a time, so taking in any more than that is just wasting money cause your body doesn't use it. Paula

I tried it and liked it. It wasn't great but it was ok tasting ( chilled was better) and a good way to get your protien in a small amount of liquid. Blessings Slendalicious
