Hi Tammy, Thanks for asking!! I am doing okay - still have good days and bad days. My bronchitis only acts up when I am exercising and as far as eating protein, I am learning what I can and can not eat (almost no meat). I will be having turkey meatballs for Thanksgiving since I am to afraid to try turkey and have it get stuck with 18 people at my house. I have so Much to do it isn't even funny!! Have a great holiday!! Nancy

Bronchitis takes so long to clear up! I'm going to try turkey - I'll just take it really slow, and take very small bites - turkey meatballs are a good alternative -you'll still be having turkey! The learning curve is tough because just because it's good today doesn't mean it's good forever! I've found that a cup of hot tea before a meal really, really has helped me a lot - I know it breaks the no drinking 30 minutes before a meal rule but it has helped me when I'm really tight - which I"m learning is all related to my cycle - I am much tighter mid-cycle then I am at the beginning........Anway - I hope that you don't have any food issues and your health improves every day! Happy Thanksgiving!!
