Hello all, I just wanted to wish everyone here on the OH Boards a very Happy Thanksgiving. I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday and enjoys their families and friends. And if you have an extra day off enjoy that too. Have a wonderful weekend!!!!! Things I am thankful for are my husband, my wonderful daughter, my family, my friends and my new healthy lease on life and of course everyone here on the CT OH Boards. Happy Thanksgiving, Kim! And remember, when any of us start to miss the stuffing and pies, that to celebrate a true, authentic Thanksgiving would be to endure months of starvation rations followed by a feast of fish, lobster, clams and maybe some fowl.

happy T-day!!!! I'm making "fake mashed taters" with Cauliflower, low carb stuffing made with whole wheat bread, splenda sweetened pumpkin custard, shrimp ****tail, low fat cheese and Triscuits, green beans with almond slivers, and of course- Turkey. I'll make regular pies and regular sweet potato casserole for the regular folks LOL.
