S 1/2 whole grain english muffin with slice of LF cheese
L 3oz'sEgg drop soup
D Going a little stir crazy, Some stir fry pork and veggies will work!!
Just waking "Hither and Yon" per doctors orders to get in a little excersize. Feeling better every day. stronger. Feeling good!

EXERCISE DONE
1 mile Leslie Sansone Walking/Reistance Band Tape, 20 mins (better than nothing)
16 oz H20 while walking.
FOOD
B - 1/2 c cottage cheese (love it love it love it), 1/4 c protein oatmeal, banana slices
S - HB Egg
WATER WATER WATER
L - 3oz Talapia, raw veggies, 1-2 tbls south beach dressing
WATER WATER WATER
S - Protein shake with 8 oz soy milk (vanilla protein, milk, cinn/nutmeg & 1 tbls homemade YUMMY applesauce all blended up) more than yummy!
D - soup with added protein... stew thingy.
S - 4 oz dannon lite yogurt, calcium supp
SYNTHROID, MULTI, ANTIOXIDANT

What a morning for me!!!! Found out that T moblie server is still down and I cannot get any email this morning GRRR Cannot live without my pager For people who send me email then I will catch all of you when this pager is up!

Well this is the plan - may not be able to stick to it. Depends what stays down!! Glad to see you back to yourself Julio (sense of humor), take it slow and heal well. Also glad to see Kathy eating a kashi granola bar!!

oh yes - eliptical machine tonight - building back my stamina since my bronchitis
Howdy all,
Need to get back into posting regularly. Haven't been faithful & it really keeps me on track.
Coffee w/fat free creamer & equal
B - 1/2 egg with slice of ham & cheese
S-almonds
L- Progresso soup chicken w/veggie. (ate the chicken and a few bites of noodle)
with some dates. (I LOVE DATES YUMMY NATURES CANDY!) really high in carbs though.
D - 1/2 hamburger w/cheese and a few sugar free gerkins pickles.
S - Skinny Cow sugar free icecream sandwich chocolate/mint
Had an early lunch so had a protein shake & water for in between to stop any extra eating seemed to help.
Still can't eat or tolerate much since the TT surgery. A few bites of anything & it hits like a rock. Trying very hard to make sure my chewing is good and the food is moist. It must be from the special "granny gear" being so tight up against my pouch. Haven't thrown up a meal since Saturday so that's a good sign it's working.
No exercise (yet) starting to get too cold out for walking. I will hopefully be able to return to CURVES next week but will need to skip a few of the machines. I'm going to Pheonix AZ the first week of December on Business & where I'm staying will have a pool & gym. Right now in the 80's down there so will make the most of it!
