Good Morning Everybody I felt Winter breeze when I put my dogs outside this morning. I am earing Winter coat now to keep me warm and do not want to be sick on Thanksgiving Day! SMILE! There are few days before Thanksgiving will be here. Julio.... Hope you are feeling better and walk around all over the house jsut like me ! WINK! Hope you all had a great weekend! B-lower sugar instant oatmeal S waterload L half thin whole gain bread with ham and cheese with some grapes S waterload D Undecided ????? Morning everyone! Another Monday! Thanks Kathy for getting the "Food Log " Going! B 2 soft boiled eggs S crystal light L 3oz's egg drop soup S Protien Shake D Escarole Souip Feeling pretty good actually. Had a little bump in the road yesterday. One of the drains got clogged up but a little good old yankee know how got it going again! Am walking upright now, Now know what "Cro Magnum " man must have fely like. Boy what a releif! Anyway juat a few short walks near the house for now to keep from goint totally "Stir Crazy" Have a wonderful day all!

Julio, So good to see you on the food log again... Glad things are going well for you and you are walking upright again! Don't overdo now.... plenty of time and I know you are a patient man. so take it easy. B- ham & cheese rollup L - leftover meatloaf D - going out to dinner chili's -- will have those yummy beef/portabella fahita sans shells coming home to blow some leaves for lunch... will be exercise today have a great day all!

EXERCISE... done Back to exercising.. Chiro says to keepdoing it while being treated. Good news... dont want any excuses not to exercise. 1 mile Leslie Sansone walking/resistance band tape. 20 mins Will try to add more later at end of day. FOOD B - 1/4 c protein oatmeal, 1/2 c cottage cheese/1/3 banana S - HB Egg WATER WATER WATER L - 2 oz talapia, cuke, grape tomato, snap peas, grape mix, 1 tbls south beach dressing S - Protein shake with 8 oz soy milk WATER WATER WATER D - Not sure yet. Perhaps soup with added protein to make it a stew. or... Chicken breast with a salad, 1/4 c brown rice with either. S - 4 oz dannnon Lite n Fit Yogurt with calcium, tablespoon of my yummy applesauce.
