Wow well I am STILL not loosing weight BUT!!!!!!!!!
I am now back to like it was in my 4th month where all my hair is coming out again!!!!!!!
Did this happen to anyone else??
How can I kick my A** back onto the wagon and stop with the snacks. I have decided that my health is more important and am calling FIRST THING Monday morning to get into see Dr Aranow NO MATTER WHAT WORK says about me leaving. Maybe he can kcik my A** for me LOL..
I am so disgusted with myself. The scale is staying the same but all my pants are tiht again and I just don't get it. I also wish I could go have a TT but I am know where ready for that. I have AT LEAST another 40-50 lbs to go before I am happy with my weight anyway not sure about what the saggy body will look like then though...
Ok sorry to babble I just wanted to know if anyone else lost hair 2 times.

Get off the dam crap food. Throw it out. You don't need it in the house. If the family wants it, send them out to eat it and not bring it back...
Get back on your vitamins asap. Both mutli and B12 and calcium. Girlfriend, this is all gonna catch up with you years down the road when your body has sucked out all of your calcium from your bones and they are SO brittle that you get bone fractures and osteroporosis.
You blood levels need to be checked ASAP. Call Dr Aranow's office first thing Monday. Dammit. I'm MAD NOW... I thought you were calling and going the week you posted that you were having a hard time. Come on now. He aint gonna kick your ass, he's just gonna get you back on track...You'll have to make an appt with Liz, the dietitian and she'll get you eating right again.
YOU CAN DO THIS....But, you have to use your tools and really try. Get out and walk, swim, bike. Anything to get you moving.
Get in your protein. Eat JUST protein for a week straight. Put a thick elastic band on your wrist. When you're wanting carbs and go to eat them, SNAP that band so hard that you can't stand the pain. Do it every time you want a carb. You'll learn that it hurts too much to want those damm carbs.!

I think you are losing your hair from STRESS. You need to relax and get yourself back on the right track. Easier said than done I know- I am having a hard time too- trying to work two jobs and it's catching up to me- old habits creep back in...stress eating....bad bad things. It gets dark early, the holidays are coming- it's not a good time of year for us. Go see Dr Aranow- he'll straighten you out....
