So glad you're back & up and running around! I agree the with you on the pain tolerance...it's not bad at all. For me the tubes & drains are what bothered me the most.
I'm just about 1 month out from my lipo & lower body lift and I can definately see an improvement. Still pretty swelled up in my lower belly section.
I'm not sure if you'll have the same problems as me Julio..but I've been throwing up at least 1 meal. Not sure if it's just the repercussions of a long surgery, new tight skin up against my pouch, or the "wonder woman" underwear I'm wearing but you may want to switch to some soft phase food. Hopefully you'll be able to eat like a champ!
I find I get full VERY easily and I've lost another 3 lbs... I found a protein shake that is doable for me at GNC made with milk protein and plan to get one in daily to keep me "full"...50 grams of protein with little carbs and 2 grams of sugar. Tastes like a "yoo hoo".
Ok I'm rambling...but I'm so glad you're back and rockin'! Take it easy & rest! I found I was over doing it 2 weeks out......& got myself REALLY tired and pooped quickly.
If I over due it now..I definately feel it in my midsection & I swell real easily...so be good & take some naps...
