Good Morning Everybody, I cannot sleep well and decided to input early for our Friday 's food log. I am glad to hear his surgery went well and he is on his way for recovery! His food log will be chicken broth, SF jello. Water and protein drink......... Waterload while getting ready to go work B Lower sugar instant oatmeal Waterload L tuna salad S waterload D will go out with my girlfriend will chose heathly food No exercise today but will work harder on Saturday morning probabky going on running with my dog Have a great weekened!!! Welcome home Julio!!! No more sagged skin on your stomach WINK!!! Hugs Kathy K

changed my mind I am on my way to go gym to do 30 min cardio me!!! Cannot live without exercise!!! Will try to get whole grains stuffs at my dinner with my friend tonight Kathy K

Good morning all, Its a gorgeous sunny day out today, so weird for November. Lots to do, its my holiday basket giving time at work with all our families and seniors in need in town. Its so rewarding to help all these wonderful people. Especially the children. We get so many great sponsors who donate baskets and toys and gift cards to the families. Its time to get ready for Thanksgiving, having my mom and dad over next week for dinner. Lots to do. I have an extra long weekend, took the Monday after off. Cant wait to enjoy. Hope everyone has a great weekend, and hopefully it will be a nice weather one too. Take care all love ya. WELCOME HOME BIG BROTHER, CANT WAIT TO SEE YOU BACK ON THE BOARDS!!!!! So glad your surgery went well. B: Coffee decaf S: waterloading L: ham and cheese rollup S: waterloading D: not sure yet Lots of green tea and protein from now on, gotta get this scale moving again. Walked all week at lunch time and went to the Gym on Monday and Wednesday. Will probably go tomorrow morning or Sunday morning. Did the exercise bike last night for an hour, walked the mall with MJ.
