Got approval Thursday for Monday Surgery!

Wow that was cutting it close!!! i think i was aobut to have a complete and utter meltdown but they called today to tell me monday is a go, they finally got Cigna to approve it after a denial a week and 2 days ago! Big sigh of relief! Well I won't have to worry about stressing over waiting for surgery- i only have to wait 3 days, but it has been a long road to get here! Thanks to everyone for the support this far! Does anyone know how you get an Angel, or if it is too late to ask for one this close? Sheila

I am sure that is a big weight off your shoulders! (no pun intended) I remember the day I found out I was accepted. Wow! I finally felt hope and possibility enter into my life that I could make a change and have a healthier life. You can now look to a new you with confidence! Towanda

Yeah- after the fight with insurance I really felt it was not going to happen, but I am sooo glad ti is! i can finally pack and get ready and everything! But does anyone know about that Angel thing? Thanks! Sheila less then 3 days away!
