Okay Today I started my good carbs intake..... Waterload while getting ready for going to work B 1/2 toasted whole Grain english muffin with peanutbutter top Waterload L 1/2 seafood salad Waterload D Have not decide bec will be very busy taxi mom from 300 pm to 730 pm for kids S simple smart milk and water Will go gym during my lunch to do 30 min cardio Don t forget to make plan for your exercise for 15 min or more today! Hey Julio, Just wanted to send you my prayers, thoughts and best wishes for tomorrow. Here's hoping you come through this surgery as successfully as you've come through your bypass surgery. BIG, BIG congratulations on reaching your goal. I never doubted it for a minute. We'll all be watching for your input on how the surgery went and how you feel. Good Morning all, CONGRATS TO JULIO !!!! B ~ Cream of Wheat L ~ 1/2 Turkey and cheese sandwich D ~ Lean Cuisine (will be a busy night) if I need a snack, I will do coffee, sun chips, and/or fruit. I have been pretty good since the fill !!! Finally ! Will do gym again today on lunch. Couple of miles on the elipitcle (sp?) I love that damn machine! See Y'all tomorrow. Bree

B- egg beaters w/ cheese and turkey sausage L- seafood salad, tomato S - Protein Drink D -?? have to make good choices, going to a work function S - depends on what I end up eating (if anything) for dinner Been having some really bad experiences with food lately. Taking it slow and finally went to the ER and had some fluid removed from my band. Hopefully no big golf balls for a while. My body is so sore from heaving and coughing (bronchitis won't go away!).
