Tuesday's Food Log
B- broiled egg and some strawberries
S WATERLOAD
L tuna salad with some lettuce and slice of tomatoes
S maybe mozz stick and waterload
D will cook something with chicken with green beans
S simple smart milk and waterload
no snacks after dinner for me
Have to go shopping to look for good carb stuffs... to go with my roll over turkey or ham with cheese for lunch tomorrow. Julio I heard you SHHHHHH!!! I will get whole grain stuffs and will try to take some advices from this board about good carbs . BABY STEP for me .... You are right Towanda WINK!
Of course will go to gym to do weightlift for upper body and 20 min cardio

B ~ scrambled egg and a small piece of "fake" (Morning Star) Vegetarian Sausage
L ~ Tuna salad out of bowl - no bread
D ~ not sure yet - but veggies will be green beans as its whats left over from last night.
Fill didnt make too much of a difference yet, but we'll see. she just did a small one and wants me to try to double my protein.
We'll see. i will go for a "tune-up" in about 2 wks if I need it.
