Lots of DE-caf and Water to get me thru the day. Sorry the "food Log will be boreing for the next few days. Hope to make it more interesting as the week progresses. Have a wonderful day all!

Off to get serious about the day's food and exercise.
shoulder still hurting... may need to consult a doc again about it.
But adapting my exercise so not to stop.

EXERCISE... Done
light today... only 1 mile Leslie Sansone Walk, no resistance band just yet... shoulder still sore. Patience... but not stopping... this is a change from my older M.O. ... all or nothing kind of living. Healthy adapting.
FOOD
B -1/4 c cottage cheese, banana slices, 1/2 c protein oatmeal.
S - HB Egg
WATER WATER WATER
L - 2.5 oz chicken breast, 1 oz cheese, slice cantelope
WATER WATER WATER
S - Protein shake with 8 oz soy milk
D - soup with added protein (not sure what)
S - 4 oz yogurt with 1 tbls applesauce, calcium added.
SYNTHROID, multi, antioxidant

Had a fill this AM, so I am a bit off today.

L ~ watery Cream of wheat
S ~ Coffee
D ~ Tuna maybe, depends on how "full" or "filled up" I feel after the fill. LOL
No gym today - had to take a half day to go to the hospital for my appt today, so no lunch break.
