i AM LOOKING FOR NEW FOOD TO SNACK ON. IS WALNUTS SAFE TO EAT?

Depends on how far out you are...I love walnuts...the healthy kind of fats....although they still are fats, so don't overdo it...if in doubt, ask your nutritionist....
