Sorry to say I had to put "Molly" my Beagle down last night. She had a series of bad seizures in a row that did her real harm so had to free her from the pain. She will be missed as she was my number one fan. I know she will be waiting for me along with all that have passed over before me when it is my turn. Till then she will live in my family's and friends hearts. Take care Julio

Julio: I know you will miss your Molly... The love one carries for a non human family member is so pure. Yet I believe she will be by your side always. I am glad Tony and I were able to meet her. I send you, Robin and Raymond a hug. T.

Julio... My heart goes out to you. It is absolutely devastating to lose such a wonderful, loving member of the family. Here is a poem about losing a pet that I hope will help you: The Rainbow Bridge By the edge of a woods, at the foot of a hill, Is a lush, green meadow where time stands still. Where the friends of man and woman do run, When their time on earth is over and done. For here, between this world and the next, Is a place where each beloved creature finds rest. On this golden land, they wait and they play, Till the Rainbow Bridge they cross over one day. No more do they suffer, in pain or in sadness, For here they are whole, their lives filled with gladness. Their limbs are restored, their health renewed, Their bodies have healed, with strength imbued. They romp through the grass, without even a care, Until one day they start, and sniff at the air. All ears ***** forward, eyes dart front and back, Then all of a sudden, one breaks from the pack. For just at that instant, their eyes have met; Together again, both person and pet. So they run to each other, these friends from long past, The time of their parting is over at last. The sadness they felt while they were apart, Has turned into joy once more in each heart. They embrace with a love that will last forever, And then, side-by-side, they cross over... together. Hugs, Kim K.

Dear Julio, Robin, and Ray, I am so sad to be reading this right now. I know that Molly was your "little girl" and other member of your family. It is so hard when we lose a pet as they give us unconditional love and never ask for anything in return except maybe for a snack or some food and to be cuddled and be able to be by your side. I know how hard it is to put down a pet, but like you said she is at peace now and free from pain. You will always have her memories to carry with you. I am so very very sorry. God Bless her little heart, and all of your too. hugs, MaryJo

Oh, Julio....I'm so sorry for your loss. Even though Molly is in a "better" place free from pain, it doesn't take away the pain you are feeling for the loss of your loved one. Take time to grieve...it's a loss just like any other loss and you need to allow yourself to feel all the emotions that come up. Thank God for memories... Thinking of you... paula

Julio, I'm so sorry for your loss. I'm glad you did the right thing by taking the pain away from her. As horrible a task as it is, it is our duty as "pet" owners. If they really were just "pets" it would be so much easier, wouldn't it? You and your family are in my thoughts & prayers. Michelle
