POSTING ON BOARDS
Oh no!no!no!
You are not going anywhere.....We won't let you...Your advise is always great, from the heart...you are just awesome...If someone does not like your advise, that' ok, don't take it personally///Let them take it or leave it...but maybe some other person will read it and get something they need out of it....
I sometimes worry about saying the wrong thing too, especiallay after my summer post regarding the beach, when I did seemingly step on some toes....Also, sometimes I think I might come of a little bit shallow, what with my talk about sexy boots and all...But I get joy from this new life , and I like to share it, so I do,,,,
YOur posts are inspirational and you are so supportive....YOU MUST STAY

Listen, your post about the lap band was not really inaccurate-- you stated that it was "temporary". Although the band stays in the patient for life, its ability to restrict intake is, indeed, temporary-- if it is not filled (and refilled, and refilled again), the patient loses its restrictive effect. In fact, when you read the promotional literature for that method, you will find that patients are often advised that it is "reversible". By definition, if something is "reversible", it is "not permanent"; and if something is "not permanent", that would seem to make it, I don't know, I guess "not permanent" is usually "TEMPORARY".
So, don't let the bashers get you down or get you to start doubting yourself. And, on that point, know that you gave a thoughtful answer (that was right).
