Hi Michelle, I just wear small frame glasses on the end of my nose so I can look over them whenI need to see something close.Not ready to "Succumb" to Bifocals" . Frankly I just think its the Natural progression of things. In lay men's terms, "Getting Old Sucks!" Just make sure your taking your Vitamines and doing what you neeed to do to stay healthy! Could be a nutritional deficiency problem- or what I am experiencing. My problem is that my head is smaller and my glasses fall off my face now when I look down LMAO!!!!
