I Completed my triathalon!

Hi Eyeryone, Well I did it and am so proud of myself! I completed my first triathalon and did very well. I didn't win personally but I think my team won overall! I am just so excited that I was able to compete and finish! I think the best part of all was having my kids there to root me on! They told me how proud they were of me,and then my daugter told me that I was an inspiration to her! This coming from teenagers is the best prize I could have won! We did swimming laps, bikes, and then running on the treadmill. I had a blast! Sandy
