Friday's Food Log
Hello, Hello,
I will sure skip the gym today, I am a hurting puppy. But I am SUPER HAPPY to report its made a difference in the scale aleady. I am down 3 lbs in just 2 days, with eating well and back at the gym ! finally.
Will take today off and do some stretches. Every muscle in my body hurts.
B ~ Low carb bagel with light cream cheese
L ~ not sure yet (office luncheon day) maybe grilled chicken salad
D ~ 1/2 baked potato and salad again (yummy)
If I need a snack in between I brought my South Beach Bars, and I'll have one with a cup of tea.
Trying to say on the wagon!!!

Julio, I am also thinking of having grilled suppers this weekend too.
PS - has anyone ever tried turkey or chicken meatballs??? Any "reviews" are appreciated.
