I have been having terrible tummy pain and have been constipated for a while. He told me to take mag. sulfate and prune juice. He also said that I have a hernia around my belly button I was in too much pain to ask what that meant. He said we get to fix that. What does that mean... what do they do for that? I am feeling a little better now... just still get some pain in my tummy when I eat. He said it is probably because of all the meds I have been on for the kidney stone. This stinks.. all this trouble over an 8mm kidney stone. UGH. Hugs, Chrissy p.s. I have to say that Dr. Aranow is awesome! He wasn't supposed to see patients last night and he came in special to see me. He truly does care for us.

Hi Chrissy, Glad that Dr A is taking good care of you! What does "fixing that hernia" mean? A tummy tuck!!! He loves it when a patient gets a hernia cause it makes the TT a lot cheaper! If you don't get a TT or need one, he'll just go in and repair it, is all. He is awesome. He never sees patients on a Monday, he made me meet him up at the office on a Monday after his surgeries so that he could see me in person with his own two eyes! He's good that way. Take care and give your pouch some extra TLC. Paula

I could totally use a tummy tuck... but getting a hernia makes the tummy tuck cheaper? Sorry I am not totally with it and don't understand ... can you please fill me in?!? LOL Hugs, Chrissy

He did the same thing over here- came all the way back to the office after being in emergency surgery all day just to see me, and ended up admitting me to the hospital- where he saw me every day including his day off-Thursday, to check on me....he is totally awesome and dedicated. That's why I am bringing mymother to him tomorrow- she has a very bad looking pressure area on her behind. He's probably going to have to open it up and debride it. I wouldn't want anyone else touching my mother's behind but him.... I wish I'd grow a hernia maybe I'll get one tomorrow while lifting mymother onto the table at his office....

OMG Julio, at first I was ofended reading this post then I realized you were talking about my cow! LOL... Your not kidding. I am surprised I am not stepping on it all the time! LOL I truly would be happy with a tummy tuck though... My tummy and the girls are the only issues I have with my body. The girls can be managed with a little Secret from Vickies, but my pooch... I would love if it could be removed. The pooch is just one of those things you can't hide. Hugs, Chrissy

I saw Kathy Krewsky at Dr A's office today- her girls look spectacular- she just had them "lifted" and had a tummy tuck- she looks flipping awesome.
