Sorry I have been missing

Hi all, It started with my husband getting bronchitis and a sinus infection. Next thing I know my daughter is having a reaction from the Flu shot. Now I have an ear infection, sinus infection and bronchitis. It has been an exciting few weeks! I have no appetitie and of course can't exercise. It really throws me off not being on my schedule (and I am sure doing wonders for my weight loss!). I am drinking protein shakes to keep up my protein but mainly been drinking warm tea and having soup which I know is not great. Hope all is well with everyone. I have been reading and responding to a few posts but don't have much energy. Take care, Nancy
