Morning everyone! Hope all of you have dried out from the "Flood" yesterday! B bacon egg "Lean Pocket" S small apple L 4oz's chicken stew S protien shake after gym D Thinking maybe a "Veggie and cheese Fritatta" Dicing up a bunch of veggies, tossing them in a pan with a little olive oil , and seasoning and when softened, pouring a few scrambled eggs over them, That along with a small salad should do us well. Decaf and Green tea to keep the 'KIdney's " Busy! Will hit the gym with Ray after showering up after work. Have a wondeful day everyone! Suppose to be in the "70's" today! Yessssssssssssssssssssss!

Good Morning All, Coffee w/fat free creamer B - 1 egg w/ham & cheese omlette w/salsa L- Progresso veggie soup w/a few low cal cheetoes & grapes D - Olive Garden with the my former team members where I used to work will have some salad and a chicken dish...focus on protein. Water, water, water, water... Will walk to pick up my son from latchkey after school. about 1/2 mile total. I REALLY MISS working out...feel like a huge balloon...I'm hoping Dr will allow me to increase exercise next week. I'm freaking out that being this sedatary will put on the weight... Fun thing>>> I'm going out to dinner with people who haven't seen me in over a year so that'll be interesting as to who will recognize me.. tee hee... Hey to all you "Fair-weather" walkers....HA.....I got all my walking in yesterday, despite the rain....Today will be more pleasant though, so more walking for me!!!! B..."egg-in-a-nest" (scrambled egg cooked in a piece of whole wheat toast) Coffee S...? planning to eat an apple IF I get hungry...have not been needing my morning snack lately though, so who knows L....Fat-free vanilla yogurt... S....celery sticks, green pepper D....mom is making chicken soup S....Been however eating a late-evening snack every day this week, so have stocked up on fresh veggies,, will eat green peppers dipped in fat free yogurt dip... Will drink herbal tea throughout the day...This time of year I usually switch from my iced tea to hot tea....keeps this "formerly always hot" chick nice and warm.....Because now-a-days I am usually pretty cold....Since all that "extra padding" is gone, it's a lot harder to keep warm... Morning all... don't know how well I will do today... Not feeling well. B~ a few shrimps some warm prune juice. S~1/2 banana L~chicken soup some warm prune juice. D~not sure S~Apple if needed. I have a feeling I will be having the other half bottle of mag. salfate that Dr. A told me to drink last night. UGH... that crap is so nasty! But it did help me go, so I can't crab.

Good Morning to y'all ! B ~ LS Oatmeal S ~ Coffee W/ FF creamer L ~ Half of turkey and cheese after the gym D ~ 1/2 baked potato with a salad. ??? Did okay yesterday at the gym for the 1st time since I got sick. Didnt cough much at all, but did get winded more easily than usual. I'm goin' back for some more today! Have a fantastic day ! Bree
